I returned my glasses because they were too small. The other pairs I was interested in were not in stock

Sad that the price of annual supply of contacts doubled over the last couple of years. In the past, you could get a year supply of biweeklys for nearly free (with insurance covering 95%), and now annual supply is nearly $500. Ridic. Where are the promo codes for contacts? There's so many for eyeglasses.

I did not receive my glasses as I requested. I was not advised if there was an issue with just the shipping or the production but I did not get my glasses as promised. I did receive a credit for the shipping fee but that did not leave me satisfied.

Getting my insurance and personal info to be loaded correctly into their system seems to be a challenge. It involves several calls to have them adjust details to be correct so I can order. Should be way easier than it is.
