Purchasing eyeglasses on Eyeconic was extremely easy and fast! The eyeglass selection was huge and the prices were competitive. It was nice to streamline the experience from my insurance directly to the purchase of my eyeglasses. Absolutely love it!

No matter what I put in, I have to try a bunch of different ways for it to find the insurance. I typically have to go find my full id number.

Mobile website is not user friendly, you have to reload pages, can't view the whole page, even after switching to desktop version I still had trouble.
Can't order for 3 kids at once, have to place separate orders to use insurance. Website glitches on the checkout page on mobile and you can't swipe either side or zoom out to see your whole order page.
Rx got mixed up as I downloaded glasses rx, not contact rx, but they let me return the wrong contacts and sent the correct rx contacts.
Need to let person know they upload RX in the payment area ahead of time, I almost cancelled my order
I order a pair of glasses that I didn't actually like. The free returns and exchange for another pair made my experience amazing, which is why I'm back to order from Eyeconic again.
Previous orders have been so easy to place; appreciate the visual selection. You just have to click on the product you are ordering. Easy to upload prescription information by taking a picture of your prescription with your phone.
Last time i ordered contacts there was an issue with them being shipped out literally it took weeks. So im hoping this time we wont have that issue and they get out in the timely manner.
After 15 minutes of searching, I finally found my previously uploaded prescriptions, but couldn't attach it to my new order, even though it was still valid and not expired. So i had to download it off your site once i actually found it and RE upload it to your site. Super fun!

What's not to love! Quick and easy transaction. Free shipping. I get to use my vision insurance benefit for the year. I was offered an alternative set of contacts that are from the same company, same quality, but at a cheaper price. Wins all the way around!
Majority of frames and sunglasses prices is set much higher than other places where no insurance is accepted which leaves us no choice to redeem our insurance here.
I like that I can connect my VSP benefits to the eyeconic store. 4 stars because you should be able to pay with Apple Pay. This would be easier, yes, but also more secure.
Because eyeconic links directly to my vision insurance, I do not have to argue with the person taking my order about what my benefits actually are. Makes my experience much better.
I like how simple it is to use my insurance and get discounts and my presecription added without any issues.
