Convenience as your provider owns the store so it's bundled into one. You know what you're going to pay and for me when I went into checkout it was cheaper than I expected.
Purchasing eyewear from eyeconic was a very simple process. Put in your information they add your insurance and the price you see is what you'll pay. The quality of their products are great and I will definitely be purchasing a second pair.
Great options to choose from and uploading Rx was very simple.
Very good selection of frames. Easily apply your eye ball insurance. Get your prescription from an actual optometrist during your yearly eye exam. Submit info to Eyeconic.com.
Had some issues getting benefits to sync. Once I got those worked out, the service was smooth. To be honest, I'm probably just upset at the inflation causing me to pay double out of pocket what I did last year. I also resent being railroaded to a specific website to utilize this benefit.
First use was confusing with selecting applicable patient benefits. The Maui Jim Red Sands selection and Rx was disappointing. Limited selection as compared to glassesusa.com. Second use of patient selection better, Selections still disappointing. Selecting Hearts from picture lists should be made available without going to individual glasses. Was expecting benefits to cover glasses and contacts. Not sure if PD was applied correctly first use or second use.
I was unsure the first time using Eyeconic with my VSP insurance but found it to be easy, quick and convenient. I have now purchased glasses through Eyeconic 3 times.
Easy to order, but I had difficulty getting order to go thru. Apparently third party cookies was enabled causing the issue. It would have been nice if there had been an alert as to why the order wouldn't complete.
The glasses I ordered were great. I love the snap on sun glasses. Easy ordering process and my insurance covered most of the cost!

My previous order was canceled because the word "trial" was put on the prescription. I went back and had the prescription redone without that word. Hoping it works this time.
I am only able to buy 30 days worth of contacts given my vision insurance allowance (through VSP) of $130 for contacts. I guess I'll only be able to to see for 1 month out of the year. The rest of the year I'll just be blind. My premiums add up to $77 a year. Besides a routine vision screening, what am I paying for? This kind of pricing encourages members to reuse daily contacts in order to make their supply last. This in turn causes health risks. The pricing on VSP seems predatory and indistinguishable from every other eyewear supplier with a monopoly on contact lens wholesale.
This is the second year that I've ordered my prescription glasses through Eyeconic. They have wider sizes which fits my face that eyeglass stores tend not to carry. Style selection is quite good and I love the online try-on feature.
I like everything about your site except that I have to re-upload the prescription each time I order. Can we not save the prescription like thee payment info?
Cheap product. My prescription sunglasses started peeling off the lens... tint? After about 7 months. They became unusable and gave me really bad headaches if I tried.

As long as you have the information needed, this website creates such an easy experience for ordering contacts. I have not ordered glasses yet from here but likely will in the future.
It would be nice if customers in need could get a free sample set of contacts if emergency need like one is lost or dropped. I tried to get this but received message rather curt that this can't be done
I'm new to getting glasses as I had my first eye exam about a year and a half ago at 50 years old. So this is my third pair I've purchased. First a distance pair, then one for the computer and now I'm buying a multi-focal which I should have done originally. All three purchases were easy peasy.
I love how easy it is to shop for glasses, filter to what I want, and then try on virtually.
The product is terrific, and I am very happy with the fit and look. The experience of shopping and ordering was simple and user-friendly. I will definitely use Eyeconic again.
