My daughter and husband have loved the glasses they got here. Also, when we wanted to make a change to one order, the customer service was great and the return was so easy.
Hard to give a precise review until I receive my new frames. Some of the technical measurement were a little challenging to choose.

This is my second time buying contacts through here. The ordering process was quick and easy both times. I have two reasons for the 3 star rating as I have had issues both times. The first time, my insurance deduction was reflected in the price I paid and the order receipt, but I was charged full price and had to wait for a refund check in the mail. I used a card that only had the exact purchase price so this wouldn't happen this time. The 2nd issue is that I had to switch to desktop site on my phone so I could be able to navigate the site.

$176 for a pair of glasses I can get in the open market (without insurance) for nearly the same price / quality. For some reason eyeconic is the only e-offering through VSP... I would guess that exclusivity benefits someone other than the one paying?
This is the way to go. No sitting and waiting at the doctors office.
Same brand contact lenses are cheaper to buy without using insurance in many other websites heres its expensive with insurance too. I wished they look after contact lenses price too
All the time eyeconic cancelled my orders with no details explanation I tried 2 times different frames but the same now I'm trying a different one expecting getting my glasses
