I have yet to receive my glasses since I just purchased them, but as far as the purchasing experience goes I loved it. I love that I'm able to "try on" the glasses before purchasing them and I love the lense options they have available. I can't wait to see how they fit in real life and how I really look with them on :)

When purchasing glasses for my kids, this is the best option. They lose them; they break them. This is a great option to replace them and it's easy and affordable. I'll never buy glasses from a brick and mortar location again b/c they are overpriced compared to EyeBuyDirect.

Website permits uploading of a photo, but the site crashes frequently and is very slow to load. Pricing is sneaky; unlike readers.com or peepers.com, the initially-quoted price is for the frames ONLY; the lenses are extra. I would not have bought from this company except for the BOGO offer, and the fact that this site offered more frame choices for small adult faces.

Seem to have good promotions and usually they are better priced than alternatives to their website although im just typing now to get to one hundred characters

I'm super excited for the frames I ordered to arrive in the mail. This website offers the best try-on tool compared to what I've seen on other sites. The frames truly look natural on my face, which makes me even more confident about the frames I've ordered. I can't wait for them to arrive!

Although it takes about 2 weeks to get glasses, the quality for the price cannot be matched. I liked one frame and got so many compliments, i ordered the new colors it was released in. My coworkers could not believe I paid $16 for the glasses, they assumed they were over $200. Lenses are acceptable quality for the price. And appreciate the screwdriver and baggie/lens cleaner with each pair

The only complaint was I could not get my 15% new customer discount to apply. I will take this up with them when there are live humans available. Other than that it was ok I guess I will see how the glasses feel and look.
