I have not received my glasses yet (just bought them), but the site was easy to navigate. The tutorial videos on how to read your prescription are really helpful. The selection is good and the prices are reasonable. Don't buy glasses from the eye doctor!
No option to buy frames. Would be very helpful if one had the option to just buy the frames. Not user friendly to purchase eyeglasses. Would be nice if I could add a copy of my eye prescription.
Website worked perfectly for me today. Still let me use BOGO promo code on 11/27/2017 and it expired on 11/26/2017. I do wish they had more Wide/Large frame options along with longer arm lengths.

For most of my life, I've had to choose one pair of glasses; only once did my parents spring for a pair of prescription sunglasses, and I accidentally threw them out with my dinner one night. I love being able to have multiple options of prescription eye wear; I coordinate my glasses with my outfits. Furthermore, the ability to order prescription sunglasses (UNDER 100$) is overwhelmingly joyful to me. Not that I don't love my Raybans, but I can't wear contacts EVERYDAY.
This is my second order. I would rate it higher but the kids selection is very limited. Offers on Photo chromatic lenses and quality are very reasonably priced.
Have all of your information handy and don't count on downloading your picture as easily as "they say"! Give plenty of time for this and note that this is probably not designed for those who are not on their computers at least 24 hours a day. You know, like those of us over 45!

The website is easy to navigate and the glasses are super cute and very durable. Did I mention that delivery was also incredibly fast?
When I received my first pair they were a bit loose but after taking them to get them adjusted that was solved. To this day, I keep getting compliments on how great they look. I bought another two pairs and will definitely be buying more.
The selections are so cute. I was worried about not having something for her to wear that was universal and stylish as well. Will be buying more for her and myself!

I heard good things about your site, but I had difficulty with it. It would not let me put in a shipping address and then a different address. When I would do that, it would take me back to putting in a new address. I had created an account, but when I tried to use it, it said that it did not recognize the email and/or password. When I went thru guest check out, it said that the email was already in and to sign in. Then when i put in to say I forgot my password, it never sent anything to me email. I like your selection, but the process makes me not want to use your services again. Also, when I tried to use the try on button, I uploaded the photo and went thru all the hoops and it kept going back to upload photo. Very disappointed. Hope the glasses are worth the headache

I used this website for an hour trying to purchase 2 pairs of frames for their Black Friday BOGO sale and although the styles and prices are amazing, the process was a bit long the website kept crashing. This may be due to just Black Friday shopping traffic, but it was still frustrating nonetheless. Overall would shop here again, maybe just not on such a high-traffic day!
I just purchased my first two pairs so I can not speak on quality. The site has a great selection. The checkout process needs a lot of work. It would not let me use two promo codes. My shipping and billing address are different, so I added a new address to the billing section. Every time I clicked continue, it would tell me to select an address option in red and delete everything I had typed. I had to log off and log back on for the site to remember the address. Links ran very slow as well, but maybe its because it is Black Friday weekend and there are many users online.
It takes me awhile to maneuver around a new website. That done the next pair will be so easy. Now I am waiting for the glasses to arrive hence the phrase "the proof is in the pudding" On with the adventure.
