I love this website, I'm constantly breaking the glasses I get from the optometrist's office. Its great to know that they always have good quality glasses when I need a second backup pair. Great for college students and kids who often lose and break their glasses. Quick delivery and easier ordering. Also, I know the free delivery is 7-14 days but at the eye doctor, the prescription isn't ready for 14-21 days.

My glasses are great, and a great deal. That's why I wanted a second backup pair, and then I wanted a transition-lens pair, which were great but which I then promptly lost and needed to reorder. But EBD badly needs a REORDER button like Warby Parker has. It's annoying to have to go through the whole selection process again, and to hope I copied over everything correctly. They should really just have a REORDER button so I can get exactly what I got the last time, and not fuss or worry that I introduced a mistake.
Also, each time they took about 2 or 3 weeks to arrive. I got a notice a few days after ordering that they had shipped, but then oddly, it seemed from the tracking info that they sat in a holding place in New Jersey, just across the river from my home in Manhattan, for rather a long time before heading out to me.
Ive used eyebuy direct for a couple of years now. They are a great company but I didnt have many choices in size extra small. I noticed they expanded their selection! Its pretty much risk free, they will make sure you like them or your money back
