Wish processing was faster, would like to receive glasses sooner. But overall I have been satisfied with my glasses, only ever had to return one pair.
Unfortunately the plastic eye frames broke 1 month after warranty, not repairable, so have to repurchase same frames again as the lens won't fit a different frame. So possibility of another broken frames as wasn't instructed these were not strong enough for the stronger prescriptions at the time of the original purchase.
Beware of the fake coupons that entice customers, it's click-bait. After you use one, you learn that it can only be used ONCE per YEAR. That's ridiculous, when I've purchased several pairs of glasses from this site. They have a very different idea of what Loyalty means.
I was impressed with the price and quality of the product and just purchased two more pair of glasses. The only drawback is finding an local optical shop to do the adjustments.

I've used eyebuy for 6 years, and 3 pairs of glasses.
They are well made, and I even get prescription sunglasses for cheaper than anywhere else. Also when returning glasses for an error I made, they still let me exchange at no charge.

Your website should have more information about how glasses should fit, how to select the right size of the frame, and a 3D fitting feature if at all possible. The website is also very clunky. I tried to add a new prescription and was not able to it. I could not figure out how to edit an existing one or delete one. I tried the live chat but it was not available.

I have at least 10 pairs of glasses from them. Glasses always come ready to wear right out of the box. I've made returns and always have great customer service., i have never had a problem they always take back my glasses if you are not 100 percent happy!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
