I have ordered frames from this website 3 times. Always good, I had to cancelled an order once and they were quick no questions asked. This last time I order 2 pairs for my siblings, they were so nice to even helped me interpret their prescription, I also used my FSA account. My glasses have always been pretty good and no need to say a fraction of the price, that is why i have several pairs.

I ordered the "Her" glasses and I get compliments all the time. However I noticed it felt a little off. I had the lenses tested and the left one resulted in an incorrect prescription. I ordered a pair of glasses and sunglasses from this company. Both items were sent with a wrong prescription. I've worn glasses for over 20 years and I know what it feels like when you put on new glasses (which is what they said it was when I told them it was wrong). My doctor checked all the details I ordered and said everything was correct. I've been going back and forth with customer service for FIVE MONTHS. I returned the items and guess what? NO REFUND. This company is a scam and if something is wrong they will keep pretending like they are working on it while stealing your money. I hope this review will prevent someone else from going through this.
