I had to go back three or four times couldn't get where I needed to go apparently either I didn't understand or the website didn't give me the information I needed I don't know which but it was very difficult took me about 45 minutes to order one pair of glasses

There are bugs on lens selection process (for example, clicking "Next" isn't an option unless if you click back, then click next twice on a few pairs when I was ordering), and it took me about 8 different tries to be able to actually check out at all. Improve the quality of the user experience and this becomes a 5 star.
