And the website just a little more user friendly regarding order modifications. I also realized after 3 or 4 days my order was on hold, i guess for verification... but no one notified me of that so im not sure how log they would have sat on hold. Otherwise ive had success with Eyebuy in the past, they're also favored by consumer reporting if youd like to decide for yourself.

The thing that was really unhappy with was their customer service. I bought 2 pairs of glasses because I wasn't sure which ones were going to suit me best. Turns out neither pair looked good on me so I decided to exchange them for a different pair. I called them to arrange a swap and the lady on the phone just couldn't understand what I was trying to say and she kept wanting to exchange the ordered 2 pairs with 2 new pairs. Since that painful 10 minute chat on the phone, I have had countless back and forth emails, every time with a different representative, trying to up-sell and me having to repeat myself that I only want the one pair of glasses. The order for the replacement pair has now gone through and have received an refund for the difference, but I did not receive and invoice for it all. I asked for one and the email they replied with contained no attachment. I emailed asking again and they sent me the invoice for the first 2 pairs of glasses which I was returning. Such a JOKE! So I am still waiting for the correct invoice and the glasses are being made as we speak.
Very simple. I love the try on feature. Easy ordering and not a bad selection of lenses. It took no time at all. I only hope that the glasses are a good fit the first time!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
