The quality of both the lenses and frames I got, especially for the price, is incredible to me. I purchased glasses for about double the price from another company before (who is supposed to be of much higher quality) and the comparison isn't even close. Not to mention, they look even better on than I thought they would. And when you pick the two day shipping and they say they'll be to your door withing 2-3 days of your order, they are NOT kidding! I had mine in under 48 hours of the time I ordered them, and this was during a pandemic where all shipping has gone to crap. I was floored. Can't wait to get another pair! Thanks again y'all.

Light frame and perfect thin lenses for a strong prescription!

Ordering was clear and straightforward, but I wish I knew if I could *also* have lenses made for frames I supply. I would certainly order again!

Very easy. As long as you know your prescription. Really love the feature that lets you virtually try on the glasses. The prices are great, there's just a lot of tacking on of smaller fees that makes the price a little higher. Really liked my option for glasses case though, that was another additional fee. I think it's worth the extra $5 though. Delivery took longer than expected, but I think what could have alleviated some of the anxious wait time is a more of detailed timeline. Maybe even an estimated delivery date. I just had no idea when the glasses would arrive. The glasses are super cute. Exactly as pictured. I just think I typed in the wrong prescription, but I'm almost positive that was my fault. Probably because I didn't have my glasses on while I was reading my prescription. Lol. Overall, I'd use this company again.

I was surprised how well I could get a prescription/glasses that fit online. But I just needed to get a copy of my prescription from my regular eye place along with my measurements and it was easy to filter and sort.

Great Product, Great Price, Delivery took a while (might be the USPS fault as they have take recently forever). The shopping experience was great too especially I liked the search function by specific measurements. What i did not like was that they advertised certain lens types and then apparently did not have a single frame for that type of lens.

Easy navigating and great prices. I did not know what to expect from buying glasses online. The glasses are great quality. I liked the packaging and the caring tips both emailed and on paper.

I love EyeBuyDirect! I purchased two pairs of glasses this time around. I'm not crazy about how they fit my face, but it's not awful either.

This company is THE WORST. They pretend they have good costumer service but it's all false. They have new representatives responding to each email and those reps do not take the time to read the email thread from before then. How is anyone supposed to get anything resolved ever?

After finally finding a pair of glasses I liked and getting my prescription lenses completed, I was pretty satisfied. Then, about 2 months ago, the nosepads on my glasses started irritated me. They spot on my nose where they hit would be red and swollen and itchy. It has continued to get worse and worse. I reached out to eyebuydirect to explain the issue and ask if they have any suggestions or could be of any assistance. Their response is that the nosepads are made from plastic and since I'm over warranty (which is only 14 days), there's nothing they can do. And then followed up with a BOGO offer for Mother's Day. SERIOUSLY?! Take a look at the photos...
