Im happy with my purchase. I bought 4 pairs for $200. Two for indoors and two for outdoors. Now I'm purchasing 4 more but now I'm including my granddaughters.

I wear bifocals and get the transitions. I have never spent less than $300.00 and thats with insurance. The last pair I got from here was $172.00 and they fit great I'm getting two pairs today

Input a wrong prescription. Quick connection to customer service who without question arranged for me to easily return glasses for full refund. (I had already ordered another pair with correct prescription.)

The shipping fee at the end was hidden from the overall price. I would rather the actual price of the whole experience be more directly communicate communicated before I'm at the last possible screen where I need to select a shipping option and the only option is 5.95.

Why do I need an account to buy glasses? Why do I need 3 pop ups every time I click a button? I stg I have to jump through so many hoops for the privilege to buy glasses. Yall are lucky that my girlfriend likes my old frames and wanted me to get the same pair. :p

Well it was a while ago, but i remember recieving my glasses and the frames were both a lttle dirty, but nothing a good clean up couldnt handle.

I just ordered my 5th pair of glasses from EBD. I need a progressive lens and they magically get my prescription exactly where it should be every time and each frame is a different shape. Seriously, its magic. One time I received size small instead of medium. I called customer service, he verified my address and said the correct glasses were being sent out. No hassle, no questions, no sorting out if it was my error or theirs. Just a sorry for the inconvenience and Bob's your uncle. I wont shop anywhere else for my glasses. Finally EBD has a great selection, even designer brands
