So easy and reliable great quality. I love my 10 pairs of glasses from eyebuy. I rate four over five for the simple reason that a lot of the pairs got a bit more expensive that what they used to be a year ago. Maybe I'm wrong- but that's my perception.

The glasses lenses already feel like they are ready to pop out of the frames. It seems as if the lens were not cut correctly. I would not suggest paying this price for such an inferior product.

I had checked the status of my order a couple days after I purchased. I was surprised to see it was in Bevel and Lens cutting! However it stood on that status for the next week. If the product is being moved from one status to the next, please update. Would make it easier so we don't have to call.

I ordered glasses before and it took nearly a month. With no word from the company. When I called then my order began to be processed. Regardless. I was happy with my glasses and I am also looking at the best price for glasses that will be tossed a few times. But communication should be better worked out
Delivery took much longer than with other online eyeglass companies. One pair of glasses had very loose, splayed arms... so glasses kept falling off. Have been trying to adjust them but they still don't fit correctly.
I love how easy it was to upload a picture to try on glasses. What I didn't know is the size would show on the picture try on. I got a pair that was way to big for my face but I called and spoke with someone and they helped me get my correct size off my old pair and I reordered! Thank you so much!
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
