After losing my very expensive glasses I was apprehensive about buying glasses online. These glasses though are great and the lenses seem just as nice as my previous pair. The whole buying experience was so easy and the prices are so good. The augmented reality was super helpful in showing me how the glasses would look. If I had only one thing that was annoying was loading the picture of your face. I had to keep redoing it because on a phone/iPad moving the crosshairs on the eyes kept highlighting it as text. Trying to unselect the text was futile and ended up having to start over each time. I recommend using a laptop if possible.
I would highly recommend the product and will be purchasing more pairs myself.

I was extremely curious when I told my eye doctor that I was planning on purchasing glasses online, and she greatly tried to persuade me otherwise. I was told that I would unlikely be satisfied, and that the measurements "aren't exact" and that I have a "75% chance of returning them." THIS COULDN'T BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH. The glasses I received from EyeBuy Direct are literally the BEST glasses I have ever owned in my 41 years on this planet. They fit perfectly, right out of the box. Look great, and came with all the bells and whistles I wanted for considerably less than I would have paid at my eye doctor. I will ONLY be purchasing glasses from EyeBuy Direct from now on. Couldn't be happier.
Decent glasses... kinda cheap looking, but... they were cheap! No issues with delivery, took about 12 days from order to delivery. I will However seriously recommend AGAINST paying more for the generic "transitions" lenses. I thought I would try to save some money on the named brand Transitions, as the generic tinting lenses were less than 1/4 of the price. But I can attest to the fact that they literally do NOT tint AT ALL! That is really my only regret. I don't know how they can claim these are comparable to Transitions brand, I have several pair of the name brand lenses, and they're fabulous. These generic ones r useless! Don't waste your money, get regular lenses (bc that's what u will end up with if u opt for the generic!) or better yet just suck it up and pay for the name brand. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase, and would buy again. But def wouldn't get the generic transitions!
I was hesitant to order, but in light of quarantine concerns went beyond my level of expertise and ordered. Another incentive was offered by my credit card company, which made me choose Eyebuydirect over others offering the same service. Overall, the time and process was good. I'm already planning my next order and sharing the experience with my friends.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
