I loved the 2 pair that was ordered but unfortunately I had to return them for a bigger size. None the less everything else was great.

Eye Buy direct is my favorite online retailer for eyeglasses. Ordering online is easy. If unsatisfied with product they happily return it without any problems. Its easy to order and many eyeglass options is available. I love this site!

I ordered two pairs of glasses on Nov. 27. They did not ship until Dec. 11. I got no updates about order even when requested for next three weeks. Today the glasses showed up, and one of my glasses is exactly the opposite of how I ordered it. I asked that the bifocal be lowered by 7mm from the usual that EBD placed it, as the line was right in the middle of my long vision eye line. I needed it lower so that it would not be in my vision. So, today I received a pair of glasses with the bifocals raised nearly halfway up the lens. Now I cannot see anything beyond two feet. Really? I was very explicit as to what I needed and why I needed it, and I get the exact opposite. I would like to return, but since the order was "voided" I cannot at this time. Not a good experience at all.

It was easy to order. I order non prescription blue blocking glass for when I wear my contacts. It took a very long time for them to come in, specially with no prescription to confirm. Happy with product.

Smooth experience on my end but took a very long time to deliver during holiday rush.

This is the second time I have ordered from EyeBuyDirect, and I was not disappointed either time! It's hard not being able to physically try on glasses, but I have found the dimensions are the best indicators for what will look good on my face. I compare the measurements to a pair of glasses that I own and love. This gave me confidence in buying size large glasses which I initially thought would be too big for my face. They are a perfect fit!

This was a great overall shopping experience and great to find quality glasses as a wonderful price.

Easy, & shipping speed is better than before. Just wish they sent updates like I choose. So you kind of have a better clue or tracking number and no when to expect it.

In other visit I have better experience this is not my favorite.

I needed a pair of glasses for my son and had to pay cash (used the vision insurance for contacts). His glasses are an affordable backup for when he isnt wearing his contacts. The process was great and they got him better than most pairs we have gotten from the eye care center.
