I have bought 6 pairs of glasses from then over the past two years. 3 were great. Two were the wrong prescription and one set pinched my nose. For the first 5 I did not use insurance. The last pair I did. They were great so I went to return the previous pair (within the return window) that pinched my nose. I was told I had to go through the insurance team. I told them I had not bought them with insurance but that did not matter. Because I bought the latest pair with insurance, I have to now go through the insurance team no matter what. I was told if i did not want to work with the insurance team in the future, even If I didn't use insurance, I would need to create another account. I talked to the insurance team last week and was promised a refund. Still nothing.
Good price to start with, then had a 45% off deal that made the cost a little over $50! Amazing deal. Also a huge collection of frames.
Glasses are perfect. Fit me perfectly. The price for both was soo much cheaper than I've had elsewhere. Reliable glasses and worth the money spent. Will definitely buy more!

I bought some glasses back in 2020 and I really enjoyed it. I was able to get a great deal for some back up glasses. It sucks being rather impaired, it really messes with the depth of my life experience and Eye by direct helps me with solution orientation toward that problem.
Tried shopping on lots of online websites, but order fails when I add special PD for archery which is based on how pupils see during Archery stance. Eyebuydirect was the only site that accepted the numbers, later reached out via email to confirm it and it was done. Shipped me glasses intime for my competition too. Also LOVE the case. The packaging looks professional & fun. Since then, I've orderd multiple glasses. One feedback I have is to decrease the prices of "mirrored finish" & "photochromatic" lenses.
I have one pair I did not like, but it wasn't your fault. It was the shape and it was the color of the lenses and I'm very light sensitive and they weren't dark enough for using outside. All your prescriptions are perfect. The frames fit beautifully.

2 or 3 years ago, I felt it was cheaper to get them here, but it's starting to get pricey. Also, I don't like that it forces the buyer to click certain features that we don't necessarily want, but there is no option to skip, so we have to get it.
My child's glasses had the lenses reversed. Headaches were terrible. Finally saw a doctor who checked the rx and the glasses and saw that the lenses were put in the wrong place. Right in left and vice versa. Very upsetting.

I ordered my first pair and love them. I had a similar style a few years ago that cost 4 times as much. Within a week I knew I wanted a second pair with transitions lenses. I received them and love them just as much as my first pair.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
