Could be better if more sunglasses had my RX availability

I waited too many days before I receive my glasses, the delivery time was terrible.

Called the hotline and the attendant was very helpful.

First time user so not experienced in the website but it was frustrating when i had to keep entering the information every time I selected a different pair of glasses. I would have to enter my prescription information over and over again.

Caused a lot of confusion with order number mixes up with customer with the same name. Difficult to communicate with customer service rep.

I've ordered several pies of glasses from here and I've been satisfied every time. Quality of the product, shipping time, price, and even customer service have all been wonderful every time.

I appreciated the ease of selecting glasses, being able to take a picture and see myself in them before I placed my order, entering in my prescription information was not difficult, and ordering the glasses was easy to manage. In addition, EyeBuyDirect provides a variety of stylish frames to choose from. I plan to purchase another pair in a different style for my birthday.;+)

I initially ordered glasses from Eyebuydirect because I received an email promo claiming 15% off my purchase and 2-day shipping. It took a week for the glasses to ship out and 3 more weeks to be delivered.

It took over two weeks to get our products. I was disappointed with the delivery time. I understand that we ordered at a very busy time but I think that needs to be relayed at check out. I think it's misleading to say that you're going to get your order within 3 to 4 days when in actuality it could be 14 days.

The original order was not correct. This was after I had someone from Eyebuy Direct walk me through the order. Both the original and corrected order took a long time to receive. The end product exceeded my expectations. I wanted some reading glasses that did not reflect off light when on Zoom meeting, which they do a great job of. Also they feel good and look good.

Glasses were a great price and amazing quality. Even came in a holiday box since delivery was around Christmas :)

Got my glasses in less than 2 days and looked exactly as pictured. Good quality especially for the low price compared to stores.

Easy and loved that I could see what they looked like on me before I got them!

I've had GREAT experiences with other purchases, however these glasses slide off of my nose way too often

I ordered glasses for my husband. The doctor's office wrote down the wrong prescription but we didn't realize until the glasses arrived and my husband couldn't see. I filled out return forms on EyeBuyDirect, immediately reordered the glasses and they took care of it all. They emailed me to confirm the prescription and took care of it all not charge to me. It was great! I will always come back here for glasses.

You guys reacted in a timely manner, when my new frames broke.

Product was as expected. Took about a month to receive the glasses though.

I tried multiple pairs. The price and products were great (I use them for my son), but I have such a strong strength of prescription and the lenses were just not up to the quality level for those.

Really simple and intuitive process, especially for my first time online shopping for prescription glasses. My only issue would be not receiving a working tracking number. I wasn't able to find where the glasses were until they arrived. But it did make for a lovely Christmas surprise.
