Easy and would do it again. Glasses are top notch. Prescription was spot on. Left off one star as I had to contact chat service to get a 2nd pair coming my way due to the Segment Height being to high for progressives, however that chat was easy, took a photo and sent to rep. He said new pair would arrive 7-14 days. Customer service is top notch. Would def buy more. PS. No insurance used and saved $450 from local vision (that used insurance). Vision Insurance is a waste in my opinion.

Personally I did better to get name brand frames (Ray Ban). Still considerably pricier than Eye directs cheaper frames but really did fit better. But overall the eyeglasses were a real bargain, they fit great. I am waiting to see how well the clarity (in terms of scratching) hold up
Don't waste your money here. I've been trying to get a refund for over a week. I ordered sunglasses on 3/20/2022. They were delivered on 4/1/2022. Upon trying them on, it was determined that something was wrong with the prescription and the lenses were extremely thick. I emailed asking to return and was given a return label. I mailed them on 4/4/2022 and they attempted to process a refund. However, during the time, the card that was originally used was stolen and had to be replaced. I've called asking about getting the refund to the replacement card since both were linked to the same bank account. For the past week, I've gotten the run around. My bank has explained to the that they can't process a refund on a "hot card" and requested that the company try another method. The only thing the company will do is process store credit or give me a gift card that can only be used at Eyebuydirect. I don't want either since i will not be using them again and will not tell friends or family to use them. I paid $91.60 for the glasses and was told I would get a refund of $90.62. The one thing they fail to tell you is that you can only get refunds to the original form of payment.

This seemed easy and fun to order. However, I was happy with the glasses that I chose. The next day I was able to return and get another frame & lenses. Hopefully these will be a better choice for me.

Maybe everyone in the company is sick, but the only time I found someone on the chat support was Sunday morning before noon. I live in Austin TX and EyeBuy is also in Austin TX. I chose them because I am in a panic that I lost my glasses on a trip 10 days ago. Last time I ordered in December my glasses were delivered super fast. Now, I ordered, paid all of the express fees and my current order has been sitting in 'processing' for SIX DAYS. Seriously - what is up? I even received an overnight UPS expedited tracking number a week ago, then the next day UPS said "Psych! We will let you know when it will ship." I'm SO FRUSTRATED with your service. I literally could drive down the street and pick these up. Where are your employees? I wish I went to Walmart at this rate I'd have my glasses by now. I have been sitting on this chat bot for 10 minutes and no one is answering. What horrible service.

I purchased their "Advanced lenses" prescription glasses and in less than 2 years the lenses have completely lost their integrity and quality is horrid (foggy, scratchy, peeling on edges). I contacted their online support to see if anything could be done, the customer representative was very rude and basically shoved a discount code in my face and told me to just buy another pair. I am very disappointed as a whole by this company. I'm never buying from eyebuydirect ever again.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
