It was phenomenal! I always buy from them. So far they have yielding great results. Also the website is easy to navigate and the options are numerous when it comes to selecting frames and styles.

I'm so impressed with the expedited shipping option. I ordered one pair with expedited shipping and one pair without… which was nearly a month before they arrived.

While the Customer Service promptly answers the phone and is very helpful, EyeBuyDirect failed TWICE to build glasses that worked. The original pair and the replacement pair of glasses they sent me with Progressive lenses -
made round objects appear elliptical
square objects appeared like an upside down pyramid
the reading focus was only four or five letters wide and
the distance focus looked like I was peering through binoculars A TOTAL FAILURE to produce useable glasses... the only product they make.

I scratched the lenses of my glasses while camping a few weeks ago. I was able to order new glasses right away and received them in a week. Very pleased with the glasses and service.

I've purchased over 5 pairs of glasses now and have gave all my friends and family this site to use! From the day i order it never takes longer than 8 days to get to my house.

I've loved all of my orders! For both my partner and myself. I really love that. It's so inexpensive to get tinted glasses, and to be able to control the amount of tint. Very cool.

Pro: perfect vision... 2 previous purchases
Con: They break where lens frame attaches to hinged ear struts.
Weak metal maybe? Don't seem to last more than 2 years without breaking.

My glasses broke about a few weeks into wearing them. First the side arm fell off, I super glued it temporarily. And then a few days later the other arm fell off. NOT happy with the quality of product.
