I ordered the wrong type of lens when I first placed my order. EyeBuyDirect sent me all the information I needed to correct my order and get my glasses reordered. I did not have to pay anything extra. In fact I got a $15 refund!
They gave me the option to do the return that was within 14 days of reviving them and it seems to have been easy enough! Shipped them back and label was provided!
I may have only ever order the same 4 frames like 10 times but i wouldn't want it any other way. Just wish my prescription worked with aviators.

I had the Simon style before and loved it! Unfortunately they broke and I have been using a "too small for me" pair I had ordered at the same time. Overall love the prices and the easy to use website. Just wishing you had a larger quantity of wider frames to fit my huge head haha.
I placed an order for some sunglasses, and one of the lenses came scratched. I reached out to a representative via the Chat function on the site, and was told that due to me previously using insurance for a previous pair of glasses (Not this pair) i had to send an email to get this issue resolved. Upon sending the email, I have yet to get a response back or acknowledgment of my issue.

I spend 30 minutes trying to find out which brand-name glasses were the smallest from temple to temple. Finally i saw that Oakley had come looking aviators that would be close enough to my size. I ordered the greenish polarized lens and searched my emails for the best coupon from eyebuydirect, purchased them and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive. Hurray!
I know it's hard to buy glasses without trying them on. I suggest using the filter to show you glasses that meet your desired frame size: Large- Medium-Small. Then choose the style you like. I think it's nice and simple.

Don't use the insurance option - pay for the glasses out of pocket and submit the bill yourself to your insurance company. There is no way to talk to a human - it's all by email. I ordered March 1st - they charge my account - no glasses. It's been horrible. I'm so disappointed as I've purchased with great satisfaction prior to them implementing insurance and it was always a wonderful experience. I jinxed it by utilizing the insurance option…be forewarned!
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
