When choosing a frame the 'try on' feature can be trying. With images I was providing- 'no face found in this picture' came up frequently.

Website could be a little easier to navigate but overall positive experience. Quality is satisfactory, no fit or lens issues on a 4 pair buy. Only negative was the uber complicated and overwhelming # of discount email offerings. It seems like the goal is to make it so difficult that customers give up or suboptimize. Scrap that and simply offer a % discount that applies to the entire order even if it is a lower %, otherwise it smacks of bait and switch badly and makes the company seem like it lacks integrity...not worth it.

I was a little leery of ordering my prescription reading glasses online, but Wirecutter recommended Eyebuydirect and it worked out well. My optometrist was willing to give me a copy of my Rx, but I had to call back to get my pupillary distance. A little awkward, since it was obvious that I was requesting the info to buy elsewhere. Happy with the price and the product.
Love it! Always an easy process ordering online. There are so many different selections to choose from. Using the try online feature is pretty cool. Also love that you can upgrade your lens or keep them simple
