Frames are attractive. The virtual try-on feature was helpful. Transition lenses seem to be accurate and work properly. I was expecting to receive my glasses in about 2 weeks, but it took nearly 4 weeks. I received some confusing communications after ordering, which may have contributed to delay. Evidently the various people who contact customers don't talk with each other.

Very happy with the quality of the lens and the frame.

For sure, great virtual try-on feature. And great custom size-finder feature. I mistakenly ordered frames with no metal rods running through the temples, so I don't expect this pair to last very long. But that's on me. This is my 2nd purchase with Eyebuydirect and everything went perfectly.

Placed my order for new progressive glasses. My order was completed and delivered in less than a week. The workmanship was spot on and I saved about $200 in the process.

Overall the quality is good, it just takes a bit to get them. Ive had issues with the steams coming apart at the hing.

Both pairs are great. Came in time and got both pairs at a great price.

I heart EyeBuyDirect! I always buy multiple pairs whenever I make a purchase! Although one of the boxes came a little crushed, that was likely due to shipping and handling and not the way it was packaged. Their customer service department is always helpful with resolving issues.

Great quality glasses for less than half the price price

I recently purchased two new frames. One was a transition lens that was supposed to have a purple tint to the lens, which I thought would only appear when I was in the sun. I am not sure if I ordered incorrectly or if my expectations were much greater than the product I received. I like the glasses just wish the purple lens was not visible while inside or not in the sun.
