This is an awesome way to buy prescription sunglasses. I am very pleased with my purchase. I love how you can try them on before buying,it makes choosing way easier.

Not needing an everyday wear pair of glasses had me look at ordering online as opposed to purchasing through my eye doctor. I only need glasses for at night when I remove my contacts. I was worried about not being able to try them on and that the sizing would be off, but I feel the sizing was pretty close to what the "try on" picture showed.

Loved my glasses. They were perfect. Took about a week to get to me which is way faster than an eye doctor!

I placed an order one month ago. Glasses came in and they were totally wrong. I took them to my eye doctor and he laughed. He said he had no idea what prescription they were. I contacted the company, and they issued me a new pair. I uploaded my script and they said the new glasses would arrive in 2 weeks. I just got the new ones today, and they are also wrong. I have now been trying to get a full refund to my credit card. It was a major hassle. I used their chat option, it took forever to connect. When they did connect, the agent never replied. I had to connect again with the chat option, and again, no reply. AVPOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

My Milo's suddenly cracked while I was wearing them. Contact with eyebuydirect.com quickly sent me a new pair for free.

Extremely happy with these. The transitions work great. My husband bought a pair from eye doctor and eye buy direct and the eye doctor ones he is bringing back as they are inferior and prescription is off. Glad there is this option and don't have to pay so much especially if you need a backup pair.

Frames are attractive. The virtual try-on feature was helpful. Transition lenses seem to be accurate and work properly. I was expecting to receive my glasses in about 2 weeks, but it took nearly 4 weeks. I received some confusing communications after ordering, which may have contributed to delay. Evidently the various people who contact customers don't talk with each other.

Very happy with the quality of the lens and the frame.
