Glasses came quickly and were in perfect condition. I've tried several online glasses suppliers but Eyebuydirect stands above the rest.
You have many options that say this is how much it cost, but then you forced me to pay for other things when I make that choice. So I choose something. That's $99. But now I have to choose another thing for $120. Or $50 or whatever. It would be more transparent to give me one price, or an estimated price for the entire purchase.

I've ordered several times over the years. Glasses are great and hold up well. Almost always perfect. One pair had wrong nose diameter listed which meant I ordered a "similar style" that kept sliding down once but considering the number of orders - one not perfect is pretty fabulous. And returns are easy.
Nice glasses. I had to call customer service twice because I wasn't sure about measuring and the difference in transition lenses. My phone call was answered right away, and they explain things to me in detail. I bought 2 pair so far.

It took nearly a month to get my frames. I kept receiving cheery little messages about how they were working hard on my order but I would receive them soon, etc. More important there never was an explanation. When I received the frames they looked the way I had expected and they fit well. I have now taken them for lenses. But I do not intend to use eyebuydirect again.

The website was difficult to get around in to get he Tesla needed. The glasses were to have transition lenses and they are barely darkened in the sunlight. Wanted 1.75 readers, but didn't get them. Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
