Difficult just trying to RE-ORDER eyewear. NONE of the multiple promotions i had to weed thru were applicable.

Great return service and easy……….able to get my new glasses and return the ones I didn't like fast

I had no idea I could get my prescription glasses online until a friend told me that her mother had, so I checked out the possibility, marveling at the virtual try-on option which was so helpful in choosing new frames. While I was putting in my prescription numbers, I was relieved to have the guidance of an actual human being who walked me through and promptly (and kindly!) answered all of my questions.
After hitting submit, I was still concerned that the lenses wouldn't be up to par...boy, was I wrong. I had opted not to get my slightly new prescription the year before and also opted out at my last visit to the optometrist. I was floored when I put on my new glasses and had much more precise, clear vision! Because I have progressive lenses, I did experience a slight headache here and there as I became used to my lenses, but it's all good now.
The lenses look great, cost less than half of what I've always paid in the past, and arrived in a timely manner. THANK YOU!

I have worn glasses for over 20 years. I have never broken any of them. They ones I bought from Buy Eye Direct broke within 3 months. The plastic is too weak to hold the lens. These are stress cracks. Yes, they replaced them. Those broke within 3 weeks. They did replace those. I treated the new glasses so gently. They broke too! I have super glued them to be able to wear glasses. They pair have was wearing today has two super glued spots and the left arm just feel off when I took them off. Super cheap material cannot hold up to the stress of the lens. I thought they might be made wrong but 3 pairs all broke and I have glued them together and then they break in a new spot while I just wearing them. I will never buy from them again.

I loved being able to try on the glasses and to see pictures of people who already bought them!

In my first attempt at tryign to order from this company, both orders were "cancelled' with their 2 day shipping. No reason provided, no proper emails sent. Support acted like they were giving me an exception for a code for the 2nd order when it was their error. Do not rely on this website.

The shopping experience was great! I've gotten my glasses from here going on 3 years and this year I was having a hard time choosing what frames to get when I was suggested some different frames that I surprisingly love now

I have used eyebuydirect for years now. I get great glasses quickly and inexpensively. There selection is very good with extremely good prices. I recommend them often to friends.

Lenses and frames are great...super easy ordering process...quick delivery...and the price almost seems to good to be true, but it wasn't lol. And I just ordered another pair for backup!
