Process would have been faster and easier if you allowed prescriptions to be uploaded to the account INSTEAD of having the customer decipher the values and where they go by themselves. Your human chat agent was able to do that for me but it added like an extra half hour to complete since he was obviously busy. Rating would have been 5 star if not for that. Now lets see the quality of the glasses you ship
