I had an issue with my new glasses, and it was addressed to my complete satisfaction immediately
I ordered glasses. Two days later I received an email saying the glasses were not available with 2 day shipping. I was fine with a longer time so I didn't think much of it until the next day when I received a oddly worded email about the purchase that did not make sense. I called customer service and was told the order was canceled and to order a different pair to use the promotional code I had. When ordering a new pair, the code did not work. I called customer service again and was told to wait a week, which I did. It still didn't work so I called customer service again and was told to order the glasses and my charge would be reversed since the promotional code would not work. Many weeks later, the charge has not been reversed. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Ive bought glasses here for years but the last time I got then it kept saying my card number was wrong when I know it wasn't so I had to use a different card which was annoying but not the end of the world.
Ordered glasses, received glasses, both lenses have markings on outside and inside of lenses and I contacted them about the problem, I sent pics with tape and made arrows pointing to defects on lens showing the marks, they was very good about sending a return label and I sent them back and in the meantime they was having another pair made and I got them in the mail even before they received the returned defective glasses. And the second pair has the identical problem that the first pair had. I tried calling the other day to complain n got someone from the Phillipeans (Maria Francia) which was a waste of time. So I guesss EyeBuyDirect uses a third party to make the lenses ant they can't make them correctly. So as of right now I cannot recommend EyeBuyDirect because I have had a bad experience trying to get a good pair of eyeglasses.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
