I spend 30 minutes trying to find out which brand-name glasses were the smallest from temple to temple. Finally i saw that Oakley had come looking aviators that would be close enough to my size. I ordered the greenish polarized lens and searched my emails for the best coupon from eyebuydirect, purchased them and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive. Hurray!

I had a hard time reading the dr. s hand writing, I sent them a copy and they were able to help me keep from making a mistake

Frirst you told me you fo not deal with insurances( although you adk for that info. On the start) you ended up chsrging us both.

Don't use the insurance option - pay for the glasses out of pocket and submit the bill yourself to your insurance company. There is no way to talk to a human - it's all by email. I ordered March 1st - they charge my account - no glasses. It's been horrible. I'm so disappointed as I've purchased with great satisfaction prior to them implementing insurance and it was always a wonderful experience. I jinxed it by utilizing the insurance option…be forewarned!

I ordered a pair of glasses for my son when his current pair broke. We loved the styles available and ability to "try on." Shipping was quoted as 10-14 days, which was accurate. After I ordered, I realized certain pairs were available for 2 day shipping--something to pay attention to if time is an issue. They were under $100, & my son loves them!

Last year I ordered about six pairs in total. The first two were perfect but one I didn't like. Every time I exchanged it going forward the lenses were not my correct prescription. So I have two pairs that are good and about four pairs that make my eyes blurry and my head hurt as soon as I put them on. After three exchanges you stopped paying for the returns even though the prescription was bad. Willing to try it one more time but I'm ordering the same pair of frames that I know works

I never had a problem with them and they're so inexpensive and always having coupons! Lots of options and customer service is always quick and efficient.

I ordered a pair of glasses but input the wrong prescription. Called to explain and they initiated my return and was able to correct prescription and send another pair.

It took more than 14 days to try and adjust to the 2 pairs of glasses I purchased in late February. I was struggling with the effects of allergies at the time, and a new prescription. I'm still trying to acclimate - on pair is working better than the other.

Order No. *******, was a huge disappointment and a major letdown considering the high pricetag I paid. While the glasses have a fantastic design and an excellent, lightweight feel, the temples (arms) are completely asymmetrical and unbalanced.

When I wear the glasses, they do not sit centered on my face; instead, they tilt downwards on either the right or left side. I have to constantly readjust them with my hands, which is incredibly frustrating and exhausting. Worse yet, this misalignment has caused me physical pain and difficulty focusing, leading to dizziness. I expected much better quality for the price.

It would be helpful in terms of color selection to be able to select a broad color (dark, light) etc rather than lots of specific options

My last order had a simple mistake. I needed the shipping address changed. I couldn't get that help for weeks. I couldn't get anyone to even tell me how to get help until I badgered them with the same question in hour long chat sessions. I spent hours trying to get a simple change made. It was too late by the time I finally got someone to talk to me. I was forced to file an insurance claim and I'm still out the money I had to pay for insurance because customer support would not help me.

I've always had a positive experience with ordering glasses here. Plenty of stylish choices. And their glasses must work as I can see better when I wear them.

I've lived in Missouri and Alaska, both areas I've lived in I've received my glasses in a timely manner in pristine condition, even with me being as far as Alaska!
