I've tried so many other companies for my glasses and ALWAYS have issues. Saving $5-10 just isn't worth it. Buy with confidence that when you put your new glasses on for the first time; they will be correct (assuming your prescription is correct).
I was in dire need of glasses and was a bit overwhelmed by other websites. This one was had an ease of use that was self explanatory.
Approaching a dozen or so pairs at this point and keep coming back! If I did needed customer service, it was always quick and pleasant. I always get compliments, love my frames and the lens options are great! Occasionally I run into issues with polarized sunglasses not being compatible to my (honestly mild) prescription with an astigmatism. Other than that, it's been awesome!
