The website is very user-friendly. I love the variety of products and any time I've needed to reach out for customer service with a problem for the fit, there has never been an issue and they work really well with me. Been a customer for about 8 years and I have not switched to any other glasses company.
Site was not allowing any option to go further except selecting thinner lenses for extra fees. Selected one to proceed with order but not happy with unwanted option imposed on customers.
I am ordering a fourth pair; the first pair, the prescription was incorrect, and it was my error. They replaced them for me. I trust them. I have high-end rimless German made because of insurance. I like them, but if they break, it will be a pair of EyeBuyDerect on the knows.

I have buying glasses with EyeBuyDirect for over 20 years. I was hesitant the first time, but after receiving them, I saw that they were the SAME QUALITY offered at the optometrist's, and A LOT less expensive. They hold up well to rambunctious children and myself!

I am a long time customer of EBD and recently ordered a pair of glasses which I received in a timely manner. However, due to the fact that the frames I had chosen rested too low on my nose, was unable to see close up and could not read with them. I chatted with a EBD agent about the problem and she had me send a picture of myself wearing the glasses. She was able to expertly see the problem and offer me other frame possibilities to make another pair of glasses that would work for me. I received the new glasses today and am quite pleased with their appearance and functionality. Thank you for making things right and honoring customer satisfaction.

I have used Eyebuydirect for a number of years and overall am pleased. I have some difficulty navigating the web site and it could be more streamlined. I have been very pleased with the glasses I've received and service. The prices are so much less than using a local eye glass outlet at your optical office. My last pair I order had an incorrect prescription provided from my eye doctor and Eyebuydirect willing made the correction and provided a second pair at minimal costs - I'm waiting now to receive and assume these will be satisfactory. And, I appreciate the emails advising of orders, shipping, and expected arrivals. I will continue to use them in them in the future.

I probably am twenty or more pairs of glasses from ibudirect. I've only returned 1 or 2 pair just because they didn't look like I thought they would on me. They gave me no trouble at all.And I got a full refund.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
