I made a mistake with my prescription and they were very nice about exchanging my glasses. I even worked with customer service rep to interpret my script... (I swore these had to be perfect, if I went thru this much trouble.) Ok... done... I decide to order using a deal, Buy one and get one. So I order another pair of the same as the ones I just swapped. Totally thinking I understand the script now. Then I go out on a limb for my second pair, and get a really nice clear rimmed pair, and tweaked PD just a "Hair"... So... I get the two twins, and they are good... but not perfect... great for what I need them for... computers and reading. A week later my custom one come... i wasn't expecting much... but when I put them on... WOW... just that small tweak... everything was balanced... no fall off when I looked up and down. Funny. I almost didn't want to wear them, to protect them. So I have been using the other pairs. Overall... I love my glasses from Eyebuydirect.

I've bought from EBD I think 5 times now. It's always been easy to get everything selected and checked out. I had to do a return once and that was also easy to work through with an agent through the chat feature.
My glasses came broken, I then had a seizure so I haven't had chance to contact customer service due to health issues. This is my first time having an issue with the site, I'm certain it's a one off issue.

I love eye buy direct, compared to buying in-store it is so much easier and cheaper. My glasses arrive in the same time it would take to get them at a store and I don't have to worry about picking them up.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
