One of the easiest processes ever. I punched in my perscription and picked my frames using the system provided to see yourself in the frames and it was done. Plus there was a postal strike and Eyebuydirect used common sense and sent the glasses by courier and I had them on my head in less than a week. For the first time wearing fulltime glasses in my late 50's, the experience with this company was awesome.
It was fairly easy to negotiate. Found a frame I loved did the measuring it was perfect and ordered it. Very simple to do

Yeah, it was easy enough to order. The glasses are good except the nose bridge pieces are very loose and rattle quite a bit. I'm nervous they will fall off.
The original prescription was submitted with two wrong values. I believe that this was my mistake. Following my submission of a second prescription through the online form I received a second pair of glasses that are perfect and I am enjoying wearing them very much.
It is 4:00PM CST on December 31/2024. There was no live chat, or someone to talk too when I needed help with my PD question. Fortunately Zenni had a digital ruler available and it answered my question. Please get a digital ruler or have someone around 24/7 as claimed.
Website wasn't working properly at first. I couldn't try things on. Then when entering my prescription information it kept erasing my info before I could save it.
Finally made order and had to immediately call to change part of address to not include PO Box (that part auto filled and I didn't see it). They said they removed it but then after waiting for over 2 weeks was told that purolator doesn't deliver to rural addresses or PO boxes. THAT WAS WHY I CALLED TO HAVE THEM FIX THAT PO BOX. Plus purolator DOES deliver to rural areas because I see them all the time. Agent told me that he could offer me % off in case I do actually receive the glasses. Ummm the glasses were never even sent according to him or the website. Plus it took me contacting them a handful of times BEFORE they even told me there was an issue ans they wouldn't be sent. So I asked for refund because I absolutely need my new prescription. Now I have gone extra weeks of bad headaches because I'm wearing a prescription that is no longer suitable for my eyes. I wanted this to work so badly because I find that they have some of the nicest frames for progressive lenses at very reasonable prices. Now I have had to go to zenni who doesn't have nearly as nice frames for me. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about all of this.

Ordered November 19th, it is now December 17th and I still have no tracking number. Have contacted them twice, online chat was absolutely useless, email was simply an acknowledgment of them still not being shipped, no shipping date available and the only offer to refund my $10 shipping cost. A friend ordered two days after me and received theirs 10 days ago. Not likely to be a return customer at this point.
