FED EX Sucks – it's not here. My suggestion would be to NEVER use FED EX Ground again – people will pay a few dollars more to use UPS Ground and have it delivered on time.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE HINGE MOUNTING SCREWS WERE NOT ALREADY PAINTED BLACK - BUT NOTHING SOME SPRAY PAINT OR THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE CANNOT RESOLVE. WILL DEFINITELY BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!

I ordered a new radiator to replace the one on my JK. The website was easy to navigate and I found the part I needed in less than a minute. I was able to verify figment and even watch an installation video. The part arrived on the day it was supposed to be here and it was a perfect match.
I placed an order for multiple parts on dec17 and showed guaranteed deliver on dec 19 so I placed the order
On dec 18 received multiple email with same part order but different tracking information none of which are scheduled for the 19th. This isn't the first time I have ordered through this site and every time the expected delivery date always changes to a later date sometime a few days after the original expected date.

Customer service rep was very knowledgeable and answered my questions fully. Once I received the parts they were exactly as described. They seemed very good quality and were cery easy to install. When I need more parts for my Jeep, I will definitely be contacting Extreme Terrain!
