Product got delivered 3 days earlier than expected, it came with adapters for various threads, and even had QR codes for install videos which were very straight forward and easy to follow.

I put the lift on it took 6 hours. Looks great but the instructions were terrible and the parts are not labelled at all several bags not labelled. I would recommend revamping the instructions and label parts to list what goes where.

I ordered this before Christmas and Fed Ex said they had to investigate a sticker was crumpled. That put the Package late by 1 week.and bottom of box was ripped open. I have no idea is anything was missing.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping which meant the windows should have arrived on Saturday. Instead, they're still not here.

I apologize for any confusion with the shipping timeframe, 2 day shipping refers to 2 business days to have the order delivered on Saturday you would need to select Saturday delivery which is available depending on fed ex and your area. As a one time courtesy I went ahead and refunded you for the 2 day shipping cost and you should receive a confirmation email on this as well as see your refund back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
