Placed an order for a set of LED Taillights and a front seat sunshade for my 2023 Jeep. Instead of receiving the sunshade I was sent a "sport" decal for a jeep that is decades older than mine. When I called customer support to get the correct item sent I was told that I had to wait until they got notification that FedEX picked up the wrong item (THAT THEY SENT). Not sure how ANYONE reading an order/packing list could possibly confuse a decal (not much larger than a 3x5 card) for a sunshade that should be in a box/bag that is at least 12"x12"! Despite it being their error I was told that a new one would not be shipped until they got the decal back to them first. I could see this if I ordered the wrong thing and needed an exchange but this error was theirs. Of note is that I was able to get an RMA quickly and FedEX did pick up the item the next day but where is the customer service when it was their mistake?
The taillights arrived separately and were an easy install.
This rating would easily been 4 or 5 stars had it only been needing to reship the correct item; however, the extra delay without consideration that the mistake was on their end resulted in this rating. I understand that mistakes happen but how about a review of your return policy...customer error follow what it is...ET's error send the customer their stuff ASAP.

I ran into significant problems fitting the Bull Bar to my 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands.
I think you should have a note for Badlands models and offer 2 bottom frame brackets and a cutout guide. I'd have been willing to pay for these initially.
I made 2 brackets out of 16ga steel and used the factory bottom vertical bolt by putting the bracket between the vertical frame bottom and the skid plate found on Badlands models. I drilled 2x 7/16" holes and bent the bracket 90deg.
Next problem was the fascia interfering with the bottom of your bracket. I had to cut out with a hole saw and jigsaw a relief for the bracket. This took 4 tries mounting the fascia assy, each cutout version increasing in size, slightly.
My only ask is to spare others my troubles and improve the customer experience installing your Bull Bar. Design a bracket and a cut template for the fascia. Maybe offer it as a modification kit.

Everything was packaged really well. Nothing looks broken.

Product got delivered 3 days earlier than expected, it came with adapters for various threads, and even had QR codes for install videos which were very straight forward and easy to follow.

Best place to shop for jeep parts and accessories! Love that they have install videos available!
