Update Jul 29th: The response from Extreme Terrain is laughable as it has nothing to do with current purchase, it addresses a tax exemption issue with the previous order; it's obvious they never read my review before they responded. As for the current order it's now five days after the purchase and my package is still in transit and not likely to be received for 1-2 more days, so much for two day shipping. Opening a BBB complaint. Long time customer, but have had enough and will shop elsewhere. Recently placed a large order, 'Extreme' bungled the order processing, but did provide a voucher for my "next order"; all was forgiven. Last week I placed another order: I was promised two day shipping, veteran discount, and inclusion of the cash voucher from the previous order. After placing the order there was no military discount, the voucher was not credited, and slow boat delivery is scheduled six days later. I called customer service, they said they could do nothing about the bungled shipping, and blamed their "policies and procedures" for their inability to correct the problem; their solution to receive credit for the voucher was for me to place ANOTHER ORDER. I accepted the apology with the first order, but now it's two flubs in a row, my order has been further DELAYED due to misshandled shipping, and they want me to place another order in the next 30 days or I will lose my voucher. "Extreme Terrain" does so many things well, great catalog, good tech support, and excellent product videos; it boggles the mind that after spending so much on customer acquisition that they drop the ball on the checkout, shipping, poor post-purchase customer support. Oh, and the numerous spammy emails begging for reviews after the purchase.
I ordered from different stores and did not receive the items as described. I took a chance on this seller and it was exactly as described. I received the order earlier than expected. It was plug and play. I'm extremely satisfied!
I never received notice of purchase, no shipping notice, no tracking number, I still havent received the order!

Ordered a sunshade for 2002 Toyota Forerunner. Was able to easily find it on the site. Slight confusion, when a message popped up, saying the sunshade I selected would not fit a 2003 model. I proceed with the order, and it fits fine.
Very easy to install. Received the parts very quickly. Item looks great and took only an hour and installed it by myself. Great experience. First time buying from the company and it was really easy. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought a dash cover for my 2022 bronco. It is the best fitting dash cover I have seen. I did however have to change the provided velcro to something more sticky, easy fix. Going to vuy.one for my wife's chevy sonic rs. Would recommend.
