The website isn't very clear as to the installation process. This particular cover is installed with 2 sided tape directly taped to your hood. Not taping anything to my brand new trucks paint.

Super fast shipping! Always a great experience purchasing from extreme. As far as the product your best bet is try to find a YouTube video for install if this is you first time as the provided instructions are absolutely trash. You will also want a blotter jack to help force the front in place so you can actually bolt it in as the provided hardware is short. The recommend a ratchet but I highly recommend an impact as you will have to force some of the bolt in place connecting to your chassis. Also do not remove the main bolts connecting to your frame as the instructions suggest as it is unnecessary in the brackets will slide in the place without doing so. Very sold product once installed but the process can be frustrating.
I called Extreme Terrain in reference to a front bumper I was interested in. I received excellent service, my questions were answered and I was able to placed the order for the bumper that I wanted. I will definitely use Extreme Terrain again.

While purchasing a wheel and tire package (quantity of 5) a box at the bottom of the screen asked if I wanted to add TPM sensors to the package and so I checked the box. Also asked about locking lugnuts so I added those as well. Upon arrival my wheel and tire package included 5 wheels, 5 tires, 23 lugnuts, and 1 TPM sensor. I immediately contacted customer service. My reciept showed quantity of 1 next to the tires, wheels, lugnuts, and sensors as it was a tire and wheel package. Customer service stated I only purchased on TPM sensor. Through much deliberation they agreed there was a mixup on the site and to call in to place an order if I ever wanted a tire and wheel package in the future. They agreed to cover the cost of the missing 4 TPM sensors. Other adjustments were needed to correctly install oversized tires on my jeep so I went in to place another order and use the customer credit I had received from such a large purchase but my credits did not show up at checkout so I again had to contact customer service. Turns out they used all of my credit to cover the cost of the TPM sensors. That in general is just bad business but in addition to them misappropriating these funds they used all of my credit which was over the amount of the cost of the 4 replacement TPM sensors. They did correct this and reapply my credits. Tires and wheels were installed and test run already shows a defective TPM sensor on one tire so will be interesting to see how they resolve the poor quality issue in the product delivered. Be cautious when ordering through this company and diligently check your receipts because this is just bad business to correct an issue by covering costs through taking advantage of customers trust and money/store credit.

They will not help you get missing parts. They don't care. They sent me the item 6 months late and then when I brought this up that, it was 60 days past when i bought it so they can't help.

3 rd time I order parts was promised on a certain date and the following day I get a message your will receive your parts the day after I was promised. I'll go back to buying from northridge at least I get a discount and know I'll wait 4 days for my parts instead of being lied to.

If you haven't already, I would recommend consulting with Sales Techs or perhaps a shop to see if there is an alternative method of installation. Hopefully, you can find a better resolution.
