Hey everyone it'*******@Travislechner821 here and I have to let everyone in the jeep world and everyone who's off-road guys, Extreme Terrain has had and still has one of the best customer service out there. If you need a part like ASAP a your next ride these guys will find it, ship out now with my experience of over 60 orders! I've had 0! Returns and longest shipping was 3 days tops, if you ask to overnight obviously you pay but they ship!
Thanks for an easy process my muffler arrived a day early! I was able to easily install it according to the easy directions. The muffler went on perfectly and sounds better than my flowmaster on my 2006 H2 Hummer, which also sounded great!

But as usual you will receive Chinese items, some are good as iPhone (made in China) and some are really low quality.
I ordered this item because it says that it fits my 2008 Jeep Rubicon. I opened the box and I don't see where the light on the stock sound bar will go? If this was made with the intent of not being able to put the inside lamp back then its something that should have been said upfront before purchase. I'm not a happy camper if my doom light cannot be placed back in its proper place.
Buying experience was fine, but when I pay for 2 day shipping and have still not received the product, that's upsetting. Now I look like an asshat with one fender off my Jeep. Even though FedEx is the carrier, you shouldn't advertise or sell shipping methods if it won't get there in time.

Ordering parts for my Jeep is simple and easy on ExtremeTerrain's website. Items are clearly marked and described well. The problem was that the shipping delivery date changed 3 times in a week before my parts arrived. Trying to clear a schedule to install parts on a given day only to find out the date was now changed. Wow!

My order arrived with cosmetic damage on one of the exhaust tips. Chatted with a service rep and they issued a store credit that would cover the replacement cost of the tip.
Since before go topless day, you've been out of the shirts/sizes we wanted. Just how early do I need to order them... Before you start announcing go topless day?
Otherwise, ordering here has been a good experience.
Everything is fine and as I thought they would be.
Received wrong hardware, missing the "G-clamps" brackets for the mount do not line up properly making the actual cover to come in contact with the brackets which will eventually cause a rip/tear in the fabric.

I ordered from multiple places with same shipping and extreme delivered first. All three stores are in PA and I was disappointed with quadratec. They didn't ship items for up to 3 days. Wish extreme had more parts.
Although I am in the process of returning the brake calipers I purchased from Extreme Terrain that is not due to any issues with the products or with ET. I simply don't need the brake calipers anymore.
