I purchased item on 7/21/22 with same day shipping. The item still hasn't shipped out. There's no excuse and it's false advertising that you will ship out in one day. It's now been 3 days since I bought the item and it still hasn't shipped. Contacted your customer service and they had no answers. Will not do business again.
