The folks at Extreme Terrain were great. My bumper was relieved very quickly. With that said, the shipper had obviously handled the package roughly. I took photos and sent to extreme, they responded quickly, upon inspection the unit didn't seem damaged, I took more photos and sent to extreme, product turned out not to be damaged but extreme was still willing to offer a store credit due to the fact that the shipper did handle the package very roughly to ensure the customers,(my) satisfaction. Very impressed with Extreme Terrain's customer service. On the other hand, Hooked Road needs to consider using American manufacturers because the overall quality of the bumper is lacking, in that the lines aren't smooth and clean nor was the prefab measurements as true as you'd expect from a company with the reputation as Hooke Road.

I have ordered from Extreme Terrain several times. I always think, "How do you ship something that big, for free?" And yet, they do. And I have never had torn box, or damaged product. I keep waiting for a shoe to drop, but so far, I have been nothing but impressed.
