Received a damaged order and requested a refund, the customer service agent said I would be receiving a refund, but the sent replacement items instead. Told multiple customer service reps I do not want this item, they said it was already shipped and there was nothing they could do, even though it hadnt shipped yet. Told me they would make it worth my while to just accept the order and return it later. Another rep named Raymond said he contacted the shipper and that the item wouldn't ship to me. All he did was put me on hold and pretend to contact the carrier in order to placate me. This was the 1st time I purchased anything from this company, it will also be the last. I'll just order from Toyota from now on.
