I bought an open box. When I looked what was in the box online everything was in the box. Upon receiving the box that's not the case. Plus the box was missing for a week on top of that. Customer service then sends me a picture of everything in the box, which didn't match what was online when ordered. So I had to order everything the box was missing. Lesson learned. I'll be going somewhere else next time to buy parts.
Good stuff, but doesn't really provide a step, just rocker protection.

Ordered the grill and received in a few days. Very simple to install. Surprised my wife while she was at a business meeting. She didn't know it was her jeep when she got to it. She absolutely loved it! Great product and experience. Thank you!
I love doing business with Extreme Terrain. If I have a complaint, it's shipping via FedEx. They tend to have Ace Ventura deliver most of their packages.
One of the headlights has a bracket that a piece of the trucks trim connects to was damaged. Styrofoam in package looked broken in pieces not protecting the headlight

Parts were easy to look up, had everything i needed any good prices, shipped same day
I recently purchased a Jeep JL and needed floormats. I dont know if anyone is aware of this but apparently the OEM rubber mats are at minimum $150! No thank you sir. Went on Extreme Terrains website to browse and found some open box ones for waaaaay cheaper then brand new and I mean come on…. They're floor mats. I dont need them to be brand new. Per the site they were scuffed a little but when I got them they looked brand new. I might have low standards but the deal I got was outstanding. There was nothing wrong with these mats. Thank you so much Extreme Terrain! I will be keeping my eye out for other items I want :)
Packaged nicely, however one of the frame mounts always flacking everywhere, and didn't fit into the frame. Now that it is in the frame the D-shackle won't fit on it. So it ends up being worthless
