It was pretty simple to use and navigate thur. Other things was a little hard to find

My experience ordering and having my steering stabilizer delivered was 100% perfect. The product arrived quickly and professionally packaged.
They sent me the wrong bumper. Then told me that they were sending FedEx to my house to pick the bumper up. FedEx was supposed to be there on Thursday, I called FedEx to see when they were coming. They told me that they did not have a pickup for me. At that point I canceled my order, I was done dealing with Extreme Terrain's customer service. So i returned the bumper on my own by taking it to a FedEx shipping facility. Still waiting on refund of bumper and extended warranty. To get your money back for the warranty you have to speak to another department, I asked the CS rep, why that was and he then told me he could do it. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, but was told they were busy, and they would call me back. I am totally disappointed in their customer service, and overall process. I will not be ordering from them anytime soon, if ever.

Bought mud flaps for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator rubicon and when I got them they wouldn't fit. They were for an overland. I returned them and I'm waiting for ones that fit my vehicle. Didn't see a place that asked for my model just gladiator jt. Nbd but site was specific.

The Black Stainless steel grill insert looks great and will protect my radiator from rocks & such. Fairly easy to install on my 2007 Wrangler.
The product is fantastic. The instructions were poor at best. I still don't have the peddle installed. I can't figure out how to remove the kick panel!
