I recently ordered wheel spacers for my Gladiator. Prior to confirming the order, it showed free shipping. After submitting the order, it charged for shipping. Very disappointing.
It seems that more than often, that the items are not in stock and back ordered.
The item I order was a Birthday present, and I was told two weeks after ordering that it was back ordered for two months later possibly.
I can order from Amazon and have my orders the next day.

I paid for 2 day delivery and the items arrived a day late. Once the items arrived my wheel's were received but not the lug nuts or sensors. I contacted customer service and was forced to pull the packaging from the dumpster to send them pictures of barcodes that were present. Luckily my mechanic was able to order me the items locally but I won't get my jeep back for a couple days when parts arrive. Customer service is scripted, no personal touch or caring.

Never had a problem with anything from Extreme Terrain
They are responsible people and people who solve instantly I recommend them I would give them 100 out of 100 if it were for points
I got my package damaged and immediately reached out. And have spoken with several customer service and tech support members and still have zero information on when my return will happen. I immediately sent pictures and everything and keep getting the run around. I have sent multiple emails, done multiple chats and still don't know what's going on with my return. I keep getting told I will have an email with the return label yet no time line and still haven't received a return label. I'm to the point where I don't want to do business with this company if I can't get an actual person on the phone with answers.

I have ordered from this company a few times now for my Jeep parts. They are fast shipping and the parts are of great quality. Will definitely be a regular with this company for anything I need for my Jeep.
I have been ordering from Extreme Terrain for 7 years. They take your calls. They have always resolved any problem. There have been few. The how-to videos can be a great help. Sometimes I browse the site to look for new ideas.
Alot of inventory to choose from and that's good thing because you can't just go anywhere and find the things you are looking for your jeep
