Issues with freight choices and their delivery options. They had limited selection of availability and made it difficult for delivery. I went to pick up package myself.

A friend was ordering using my device, so initially there was a problem completing the order because the shipping address didn't match the credit card address, but a phone call quickly resolved the issue and the bike rack was delivered sooner than expected.
Great shopping experience! I got a couple of used items at GREAT prices and was a little reluctant to, but they were described well and when they showed up you couldn't tell they were used at all! I will definitely buy from Extreme Terrain again!
Nice finish on this stubby bumper, heavy and built for off road use.
Easy process to install, Since, it's been great. Love it. It secures great while it's open. It's awesome to know I can open back anytime with having to totally remove it and worry when I'm going to place them. Great investment. Highly recommend
I bought floor mats for my new 2023 Jeep Sahara 4XE for the front,back and cargo area. Only the front fit, so they sent they wrong mats for the rest of the Jeep. They are charging me 25 dollars to return the wrong mats they sent. I've ordered a lot of stuff on line but I've never seen something like this. This is nuts!
