The item worked as described and definitely made a difference in the throttle response. My Gladiator now has a fast response upon the press of the gas pedal. Item was shipped and delivered expediently.
The people I dealt with were very professional. I had no reason to think that the product would not work as stated. I got the tires and rims and they were too big for my stock Tacoma. The bummer is that you don't know until you have removed everything from your truck and go to back out of tire place and realize the tires rub pretty bad. You can't drive it like this. I had to pay for a 2.25 leveling kit in order for them to work. The good news is after the huge headache and lots more money and time. They look so good! It is hard to be mad at XT but they did sell me something that did not fit even though the website clearly stated they would fit on stock suspension.
The experience was easy and the chat with a professional was amazing. I am confident I got what I need.

I'm a first time jeep owner, and I wanted steps for my gladiator that worked with the rock rails on it, while I was hesitant on making the jump to get them, especially after talking to their customer service rep who said they wouldn't fit, I watched the install and they clearly showed they would work with the existing rails. The steps themselves are built well and are extremely convenient for anybody to use.
