I purchased this as a gift for Father's Day.
So my husband didn't open it until yesterday.
Had missing and some broken parts, the directions were not clear.
I have been trying to reach customer service to see what they can do.
I have a right hand drive Wrangler for postal service, needed parts, the repair shop could have gotten them for 4 times the money. The dealer didn't want to order the parts for me if I didn't bring it to them for service. Tried another place, they were on back order. Found the correct part at a very good price here, got it in a reasonable time. Now we can put it together and get back in service. Thanks

Quick and easy way to find my favorite equipment for my Jeep
I received my order, actually a day earlier than expected. There's no fuzz with these guys, the description of the parts or items are spot on.
Note: If you have the built in coolers in the bed, the bed cover will not fit unless you remove them first. I removed them and the bed cover fits perfectly. I sometimes have issues closing the bed cover with the levers. For some reason, they don't close perfectly until I push the cover back and down. Once locked, no issue.
