I came home backing my jeep in my driveway. To find my very expensive package is laying in the middle of my driveway. Lazy careless delivery driver. As a delivery person myself I would be disappointed in myself if I was that lazy.
So needless to say I'm glad nobody just picked up my package, but on the better end. Last time I ordered from you it was delivered to a house 1/2 mile away. Thank goodness the person researched and called and got it from them.
Very easy to order easy to find what I was looking for the only thing is the shipping part with UPS terrible. I ended up getting my product today on April 13th through my regular mail UPS delivered it to the post office and not my home

As the title stated, price point was good for the product. Happy with it this far.
Changed out my Gladiator headlights to LED which caused the brights to go off. Device worked fantastic. Order was filled quickly and received on time.
I ordered a harness kit so i could lift off myself the roof from my 2023 Bronco. I believe threw my error, an accounting error accord. Two were purchased instead of one. I received both sent one back only to have a store credit and not put back on the card that was used. I believe my hostage money is being held to force me to purchase something I don't necessary need but just want to close the account.
I also purchased the mud guards for same Bronco and was disappointed to find package ripped open with the mounting clips missing. I am a where of your return policy, helpful but purchase the clips local. Not necessarily all on you, fat fingers,,bad eyes and aging out. Thank you.

Decent site, the prices are ok, sometimes things are on the expensive end. Also I would pick normal shipping, the 2 day option is never 2 days so you end up paying more for no reason.
