I had a great experience with ordering online. Website was easy to use, order was filled promptly, and delivered when expected. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because one of the rotors had a small chip on the outside face where there will be contact with the brake pad. I cannot speak to if it will cause premature wearing or not but other than that the rest of the parts were good quality.

I wanted a Grill Gaurd for my Jeep. I did a google search and found your company. I placed the order and it arrived in 4 days! Amazing! I installed the product with help from the instructions and a video on you-tube. Even with a run to the parts store for body clips it took 4 hours. Yay!
I ordered a specter cold air intake it came dented and the housing did not fit right had to "make"it fit but all an all it finally got installed with persuasive words and a hammer hahaha
Placed a exhaust system order on Friday to be delivered on Sunday. Well, it's Saturday and it has not shipped yet. Can't wait till Sunday to see what the reason will be for the delay
I called to speak with someone because of a little glitch in the price between selection and checkout. It was corrected. Extreme even let me know that a tech could come and assemble my newly ordered soft top [for a fee] if I so wished. I truly thought about it but... I will be ordering more from them in the future.
The item I received had a defect. The return process was clear and straightforward.
The website was very easy a manageable to navigate and use I ordered my side steps and tonneau cover along with some door entry guards and got it all within the following week. Very pleased and will most definitely use again in the future 👌🏻
I called with 3 hours of placing my order and realized I did not need to part. Called ET to cancel the order, and I was told the system did not allow the order to be cancelled although the part was not shipping until 3 days later.
So I recently got back into a Jeep and came across Extreme Terrain through a search and have been very pleased so far. I took a chance on some out of the box items and it worked out well. I also appreciate the military discount that is offered. So far I am pleased with the prices and service.
It's very easy to install, the instructions say to be sure the windshield is clean it went on in 5 min flat looks amazing

Took advantage of an additional 15% off an already discounted Sunrider for my Jeep. It was shipped quickly by XT and condition was as described or better. To top it off, XT's installation and review video was a great reference.
